Panther Moon: Night Jungle Pokie for PNG Players

Panther Moon at WinKina: the moonlit jungle classic from Mega888 and 918Kiss. How the panther wild and free spins work, low-bet tips and lobbies to try.

Meet Panther Moon

The moon is full, the jungle is quiet, and a black panther is on the prowl. That is the scene in Panther Moon, a classic pokie that PNG players have loved since the early 918Kiss and Mega888 days. Owls, parrots, frogs and other night creatures share the reels.

Card ranks are the low symbols. They land often and give you most of your small wins. The animals pay more, and the panther is the big star. Put the two together and you get a steady, familiar beat.

There is nothing tricky here. Five reels, paylines, and matching animals from the leftmost reel to win. Deep blue colours and soft sounds make it an easy game to settle into for a while.

How to start playing

  1. Sign up to WinKina for free, or log in.
  2. Add Kina from K10 using BSP, Kina Bank, NBC, CellMoni or MoniPay.
  3. Go to Slots, open Mega888, Joker, 918Kaya or SCR888, and type "Panther Moon" in the search.
  4. Choose your lines and the bet per line, then check the Kina total on screen.
  5. Hit Spin and keep an eye out for the panther.

Panther wild and free spins under the moon

Think of the panther as your helper. It is the wild, so it slips into a line in place of other symbols to complete a win. In the classic version, wins that include it are boosted.

Scatters open the free spins. During the round your wins are boosted, and a good run can stack up fast. You can sometimes win more free spins inside the round, too. That is the reason so many players stay loyal to this cat.

Not every platform set the game up the same way. Lines, free spin counts and the multiplier can be different. Open the info (i) screen in your lobby for the exact paytable and RTP.

Who will enjoy Panther Moon?

If you like a simple layout and a bonus that can really deliver, this is a good match. It moves at a gentler pace than modern tumble games, with small wins dropping in regularly.

A popular way to play is all lines on, small bet per line. More lines are active each spin, and your Kina goes further.

Want something busier, with movement on every spin? A modern game like Golden Empire may suit you better.

Signal weak where you live? Classic pokies like this one open fast and sip data, so they work well on patchy coverage. Pick a spending limit before you begin, and stop when you hit it. The play safe guide has more simple tips.

Where Panther Moon lives at WinKina

You will find it in four lobbies. Fans of the original usually go to Mega888 (Mega888 slots) or 918Kaya (918Kaya slots). Joker and SCR888 (SCR888 slots) have it too.

Your Kina balance is shared across all of them, so feel free to try each copy and keep your favourite. Fancy another night-time classic? Safari Heat and Wild Fox are close cousins.
